Yesterday, my Community Based Instruction class decorated almost 15 dozen sugar cookies, made homemade toffee covered crackers, dipped Oreos in white chocolate, and made savory ranch snack crackers. We packaged everything up and delivered the goodies to all of the departments on campus. Then we cleaned up and left Redmon Hall ready for Miss Pam in the morning. Thank you to Pam Stidham and the students of Redmon Hall for sharing their space with us today.
I could not be more proud of my students. They worked very hard, practiced good hygiene, and amazing restraint not to eat all of the goodies before we got them delivered.
