Russell’s Fair Review
The Mercer County Fair received a 9 out of 10. It would have been a perfect 10 if gravatron, scrambler, thunder bolt and surge had been there. Everything else was excellent. I rode tilt a whirl 15 times, planes and tornado five times, bumper cars three times and pirate ship one time
