April 19th was my birthday and Peggy took me, Marta, William, and Alan out to lunch. We went to Bojangles in Frankfort. Bojangles is a fast food restaurant that was started in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2014. They have 600 restaurants so people really like their food! I had the chicken tender combo meal with honey mustard dipping sauce, mac and cheese, biscuit (which is what Bojangles is famous for) and a Dr. Pepper with no ice. William had 3 piece dinner with dirty rice, green beans, biscuit, and a soda. Alan had the supreme combo with ranch dipping sauce, mac and cheese, biscuit, and a soda. Marta had the tenders salad with blue cheese dressing, and a soda. Peggy had the 2 piece dinner combo with dirty rice, biscuit, and a water. The total for all 5 of us was $31.77! I think that was a really good price for the amount of food we received! They had our food ready before we even sat down! An added bonus was that Bojangles gave us free desserts! Blueberry Biscuits and Cinnamon Biscuits! That was very nice of them to do that for us. I would recommend the restaurant for people to try out while they are here for Family Weekend. It was a good atmosphere!
