Miguel’s

My parents came and surprised me for Easter Weekend. Because my parents were in town we had to find a place to eat. We invited my correspondent Peggy and Ralph. We decided to eat at Miguel’s. Mexican for Easter sounds yummy. Miguel’s opened in 2007 and has become a popular locally owned restaurant. Although Miguel’s is a Mexican restaurant it serves American food like hamburgers, steaks, and seafood. So everyone can enjoy this restaurant. Peggy ordered the Pina Colada Shrimp salad and a water. Ralph had  steak quesadillas with beans and a sweet tea. My mom had the fish taco and said they were the best yet. My dad had the California burrito with pork. I had a cheese quesadillas. Holly was our server. And she was very good. the food came quickly and was hot. I enjoyed the food but I liked the people better.
