New Adult Activity Center Director

Adult Activity Director Implements New Activities

I am truly Blessed to have been offered the position of Redmon Hall Adult Activity Center Director. I am so excited to work with our students at the Adult Activity Center. I have already experienced lots of laughter and pure joy at listening to their fascinating stories. I have also been privy to many stimulating and touching interactions between friends/students.

I will be continuing with many of the planned activities already in place such as games, crafts, Sunshine Social Club excursions and story time. In addition, I have plans to implement sing alongs, chair dancing, outdoor nature activities, concerts by our music department, and a few other ideas that are still bouncing around in my head.

We will rock the house and let love and laughter flow freely at  “Rockin’ Redmon Hall”!

Feeling Humbled and Blessed,

Pamela Lee Stidham

Stewart Home & School is one-of-a-kind community.  Most special education programs end at age 21, and then adult settings focus on vocational options and daily living skills.  Stewart Home & School assigns each person with special needs a special education plan in addition to goals for vocational placement, social maturity growth and daily living skills training.  Working together with the student, his/her family and the school faculty, each plan is implemented on a year-round, three-semester basis and schedules are adjusted as needed.

    Hi Pamela,
I am Gary Krenzler’s sister. You sound wonderful and I am excited to see you at Family Weekend. I know Gary will continue to love his time at Rockin Redmond Hall.

Do you make coffee in the morning like Christine did?
    Fondly,
    Debbie
