Making Others Feel Important, is Important

“Look For Ways In Making Others Feel Important”

This post is part of the Sarah’s View Series.

Everyone’s not perfect and we all try our best to be important…

I feel bad when I don’t feel important because people see me as not important and it makes me think that I am not being the right person for that job, but it makes me try my best.
It makes others feel bad when you don’t treat them like they are important. There are a lot of people around here who work in the office, or in any job, and even though they are not perfect, they are good at what they do. I would never want anyone to be upset or down. I think everyone is important, not just the president. God made each and every one of us equally.
I make others smile and encourage them to be happy. I try to give them something that could make them happy, such as laughter, a story that makes them laugh, anything to brighten up their day.

Sarah, that was very profound! It reminded me of what I was taught when growing up—-Treat others as you would like to be treated. I feel everyone is important and everyone has his/her own talents. Keep spreading your insights as I think you have a good view of people!
