Benefits of chai: The black tea in chai is rich in antioxidants, the spices in chai have been used to promote general health and well-being, Cinnamon (which is in chai) is thought to increase circulation and open breathing, increase awareness and reduce fatigue. Cardamom is also in chai and is said to benefit the lungs, kidneys, and heart. It is also a mood elevator. These are just a few of the benefits of chai. There are many more spices in chai with beneficial qualities such as cloves, black pepper, anise, ginger and nutmeg.
