"Annie" - Stewart Home & School

“Annie” Review

“Annie” – the brand new live action musical movie starring Jamie Fox and Cameron Diaz is one of the best musicals of 2014. It is better than the original movie “Annie”. The stars, music, songs and the storyline of the new version are super and fantastic!!! All the Stewart Home School students got to go see the new version on September 3. They all lived it and cheered for Annie all the way through the movie. It starts out when a business tycoon and mayoral candidate Benjamin Stacks launches a campaign to take in Annie, a young girl who is ten years old and can’t read and who has been living with her mean foster mother, Miss Hannigan since her parents left her as a baby. I give this movie 5 stars.

SThat sounds wonderful! I did not know y’all got to go see it. Where was it shown? Everyone loves Annie! And everyone loves to “hate” Miss Hannigan! Haha. That brings up good memories even in us old folks! Thanks for sharing!j

We go to the local Frankfort theatre once a month to see a movie. It is a popular trip for all the students. They LOVE going and watching a movie with their classmates.
