Dear Sandy,

Two years ago today, we became part of your family. Two years ago today we had no idea what the future would bring. Two years ago today we believed that Stewart Home School was the best place for Patrick – but was it the right time?

God’s timing is always perfect. Over the past two years you and your staff have provided Patrick with a life we always wanted for him. Evan in his darkest days your gifts of love, compassion, and concern never wavered. Because you never gave up on him, he began to believe in himself. His ability to express his feelings, to focus on the needs of others, to have friends has dramatically changed his life. He is a different person today than two years ago today.

For us,Stewart Home School is a piece of Heaven in the middle of Kentucky. Your community is as much “home” to us as it is for Patrick. While we look forward to seeing Patrick, we also look forward to being with your staff and the students.

We thank God every day for you, your staff, and everyone connected with SHS. You have given us a heavenly peace and changed our lives forever.
