Residential Support Staff

Full-Time Residential Support Staff

Requires Some Overnight Stay and Weekend Shifts

Seeking caring, mature, professional candidates to join the dedicated Residential Department in a support position. This position will have a variety of duties from clerical to back-up for our live-in Houseparents/Caregivers.

Regular Schedule is Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a scheduled on-call rotation

Must have clean background check, excellent communications skills, moderate office skills, at least 21 years old, good driver record and references.

Summer Recreation Assistant

The recreation staff is a vital part of Stewart Home & School, providing countless experiences during the summer season everyday. Whether you’re overseeing fun activities on campus such as basketball, kickball, crafts, karaoke, chair volleyball, and other fun team games, off campus activities such as day trips to theme parks, the zoo and boat rides or assisting students in the classroom, our recreation staff is committed to providing quality experiences for our students.

This is a seasonal full-time position in the summer that would work 1 of 2 schedules: Sunday – Wednesday or Tuesday – Saturday with at least 40 hours each week from May through August.

Caregiving Nightwatch/Security

Are you a night owl? Do you love helping people? We have the perfect position for you!

Come join our Student Health Team as a caregiving Nightwatch/Security member. We are seeking a caring and compassionate person to oversee and take care of our students during the night shift. Currently, we are looking for various scheduled hours.

Must be at least 21 Years of age, have good verifiable work/character references, and have a clean background and driving record.

Caregiver/Houseparent

Unique and rewarding opportunities for full-time and part-time House Managers at a private, residential school for intellectually-challenged individuals.

Ideal full-time candidate would live on the beautiful 850 acre campus in Frankfort, KY. Regular Full-Time Schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off (8-hour work schedule per day with overnight (sleep time) required.)

Recreation Assistant

The recreation staff provides activities and supervision during activity time for our students.

This can include structured activities or certain areas that allow for the students to do what they want to do; however, those areas must be supervised.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Recreation hours are Monday – Friday from 5:45pm – 7:45pm and Saturday – Sunday from 8:15am-11:45am, 12:45am – 4:45pm and 5:45pm – 7:45pm. Your schedule would be assigned within these hours for recreation – please contact to discuss days available.
